The exact file location for the Modules folder is:C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/SteamApps/common/MountBlade Warband/ModulesNow launch Warband Script Enhancer from wherever you put it on the computer. You should see a list of any Warband modules you have installed in the actual Modules folder (no Steam Workshop modules will be visible since WSE can't see them).
