Profession skill levels have been squished! (Legion Blacksmithing goes up to skill level 100). Alchemists get new trinkets. Khaz'gorian Hammer is crafted by Blacksmiths. Blacksmiths also get Ocho Hoofplates PH and Ocho Stirrups PH. Tailors can craft a Hot Air Balloon Pet. Leatherworkers can craft a Scuba Helm and Scuba Suit.
Scribes can create contracts like Contract: House Stormsong, allowing you to gain reputation with them every time you complete a world quest on Kul Tiras and Zandalar. Scribes also get new Darkmoon Cards. Engineers get a portable stable, mount sprint, Goblin Hovercraft, portable transmog. From the profession strings on wowhead it seems each profession will have it's own skill?

Obviously we don't know for sure yet but:Classic Professions go from 1-300BC-MoP Professions go from 1-75WoD-BfA Professions go from 1-100It just seems like they're segregating each tier so that we don't have to AFK while crafting X amount of some Draenor or Legion recipe to reach a Draenor/Legion skill level.I think that's a good change and might make old-world mats even more profitable since you won't be able to level other expansion's tiers with Draenor mats.
